To comply with our anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations, we may collect copies of government-issued identity documents (such as your National Identity Card or passport), proof of address documentation, and in some cases proof of the source of funds. KYC documents are handled with heightened security standards.

The 388wln platform may reference Pakistani payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as examples of familiar local payment channels. These references are contextual only. 388wln does not claim that any of these providers endorse, support or permit gambling-related transactions. Users must independently verify their chosen payment method's applicable terms and conditions and any local regulatory requirements before making transactions.
Your Payment Security: Never share your payment provider login credentials, OTP codes or PIN numbers with anyone — including 388wln support staff. We will never ask for this information. If you receive a communication requesting this data, treat it as a phishing attempt and contact us immediately.
